ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Training Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position will be onsite 5 days a week.

The Training Specialist will be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of training programs to support the AtlasX Business Innovations Office's cultural transformation and change management efforts at Space Systems Command (SSC). This role requires a hands-on approach to both the strategic planning and tactical execution of training initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and cultural changes.

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.

  • Utilize various training methods, including in-person sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.

  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different audiences.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

  • Maintain training records and documentation.

  • Support the implementation of change management strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline).

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

  • Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in change management.

  • Experience in a government or defense environment.

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles.

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required; Must have or be eligible for a Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $86,500.00-$144,300.00.
