ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. The position is part of a team that provides software development support for an organization that is tasked with dissemination of data to various customers within the Intelligence Community.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing project artifacts

  • Determining appropriate project methodologies and practices

  • Designing, developing, and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes

  • Performing User Interface testing against requirements

  • Defining test strategies for future capabilities

  • Identifying data to be used during testing

  • Developing automation tests using Visual Studio and Cypress

  • Developing automation tests using Eclipse and Java

  • Working in GIT to push/pull automation test scripts

  • Experience in testing for accessibility


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of total experience

  • One of the following technical certifications or equivalent:

    • DAWIA – Test and Evaluation – Level 2

    • Certification Equivalence – 2 years of additional years of experience and completed Test and Evaluation training


Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have current/ active TS/SCI with polygraph


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.


Telework

  • Telework may be authorized, up to 50% per week


The projected compensation range for this position is $105,800.00-$175,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
