Description & Requirements

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technology Strategist III to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the customer to identify new technologies that can solve their toughest challenges.

  • Conducting stakeholder and gap analyses and identifying key needs.

  • Communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to address resistance and barriers to adoption.

  • Taking direction from more senior personnel as well as supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and nine (9) years of position specific relevant experience. 

  • Knowledge of change management concepts and methodologies. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in an IT-related discipline.

  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as PMP

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
