ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Director to join our leadership team within our Mission Readiness Practice.
The Technical Director, Mission Readiness Practice is responsible for overall technical management and innovation excellence across the assigned Customer portfolio to deliver engineering, information technology, and mission solutions and services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop strategies and roadmaps that align investments in the ideation and creation to support the portfolio growth and long-range strategic pursuits.
Provide technical oversight of portfolio investments to ensure the development of technical discriminators and to promote technology transfer.
Build relationships and partnerships within the corporation to produce holistic ManTech IT solutions and offerings for the portfolio.
Partner with the Innovation & Capabilities Office (ICO) to identify and build essential capabilities and align with operational needs.
Establish technical standards and provide guidance for project requirements within the practice.
Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 15 or more years of experience managing critical data sources, primarily logistics and medical information systems supporting multiple COCOMs (CENTCOM, EUCOM, INODPACOM/USFK).
Experience with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Mass Casualty events (MASCAL)
Military Knowledge: Familiarity with military health services, operational medicine, supply chains, deployment procedures, and unique requirements for transporting sensitive or hazardous materials.
Proficiency in overseeing the implementation of supply chain and operations management software, data analytics tools and cyber security to optimize efficiency and track shipments.
Direct experience with Global Combat Systems Marine Corps (GCCS-M), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Navy Air Maintenances Reporting Systems (NAVAIR), Logistics Information Management System Air Forces (LIMS), and the accountability and status of Army Preposition Equipment (APS), Afloat Preposition Equipment and other logistics reporting systems to include MAVEN Smart System (Palantir), ADVANA, LOGCOP, and Google Earth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate from military operational or strategic planning courses
Certification, experience, and or training with TRAC2ES, TMDS, GCCS-A, CPOF, MSS, ADVANA
Experience as military logistics information systems professional capable of tracking logistic data that includes Transportation Services, Munitions Distribution, Fuel, Energy, and Commercial use of host nation logistics capabilities.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
