Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented TDL Lead to join our team
The TDL Lead III is responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of large TDL projects to develop and deliver digital transformation, modernization, and modifications in accordance with the approved TDP.
The TDL Lead III provides technical risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and options to improve program integration. The TDL Lead III reports to the Mission Operations Director, monitors project work quality, and supervises and mentors subordinates. The TDL Lead III coordinates cost and schedule issues with both the respective Regional Coordinator and the Business Operations Director, when appropriate. They actively engage and share work with other TDL Lead IIIs and TDL Lead IIs. They supervise and/or provide guidance and direction to the more junior levels.
They provide recommendations, status briefings, and other formal and informal feedback to management on all project aspects.
They plan, organize, and coordinate activities with Functional Specialists, including contracting, engineering, program control, configuration and data management, test, and logistics operations support. T
hey develop, execute, and monitor risk management strategies to address areas of concern or potential gaps, and apply systems engineering principles, techniques, services, and practices for a disciplined approach to meeting LOGIX TDL projects.
They lead system planning and market analysis and provide technical subject matter expertise on engineering documents in the program, project, and Systems Engineering Management Plans.
This includes reviewing documents, conducting assessments, and providing briefings.
They support program-level review boards, including Engineering, Configuration, Risk, and Test Review Boards.
They give Project Status Reviews and presentations to accountable sponsors and at Project Governance Meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
- High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
- Relevant industry-standard certifications such as Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), or equivalent certification.
