ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Architect II to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This position is onsite.
As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software application architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards
Ensure software solutions are aligned with business and technical requirements
Provide technical expertise and direction for project
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree, or, High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience, or, Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Project Management experience
Experience with Agile processes, iterative design, and continuous improvement
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Preferred Qualifications:

Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current and active Secret
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to work in high noise areas.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
