ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Supply Supervisor to join our vehicle sustainment team in Powidz, Poland. The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the efforts of less senior logistics staff and providing guidance to senior logistician staff.

• Managing the requisition, receipt, storage, retrograde, and distribution of supplies and equipment.

• Instructing, managing and supervising personnel concerning supply systems policy and functional procedures.

• Supervising the release strategy and recoverable program.

• Planning, directing or coordinating the operations of public or private sector organizations.

• Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• 8+ years of qualified logistics experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (OR) 12+ years of qualified logistics experience and an associate degree in a related field (OR) 14+ years of qualified logistics experience.

• Must have an Active or Reserve 920B Supply Systems Technician or 92A / 92Z.

• Must be familiar with ITAR shipping requirements.

• Must be familiar with AES filings through the US State Department.

• Must have familiarity with HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods Shipping regulations i.e. CFR 49, and IATA.

• Experience in Release Strategy (Workflow).

• Experience in recording, maintaining and initiating work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.

• Experience in packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment; warehouse and containerized storage management.

• Experience in operating material and handling equipment.

• Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.

• Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed. 

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.

• Knowledge of Federal shipping and logistic regulations.

• Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.  

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel

• Must be able to push, pull, and reach

• Must be able to work in high noise areas

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts

• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
