ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Compiles data inputs (demand data, contract data reports such as the Subcontractor Management Plans, Supply Chain Metrics, Critical Item Management Plan, Counterfeit Part Prevention Plan, material requirements planning) from contractors and suppliers on a recurring basis, and provide in-depth, actionable analysis of collected data in areas such as financial health, industrial base, and supply chain risks.

  • Assess supply base to include material forecasting, sourcing strategies, material procurement & delivery, sub-tier supplier oversight, and capacity and constraints against projected demand; the supply base scope is from the prime contract thru lowest sub-tier including down to the level of critical raw materials.

  • Works both independently and with various functional disciplines within and outside of the Program Office.

  • Provides visibility into supply chain risks to the DoD, Navy, NAVAIR, PEOs, programs, NAVAIR competencies and business units

  • Develops and deliver cost, schedule and technical analytics for bills of material and other supplier/supply chain related documentation that are part of the acquisition lifecycle.

  • 25% travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management or Engineering, OR, an Associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR, a High School Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelors degree

  • 4+ years of experience with analyzing contactor bills of material and other supplier management related acquisition lifecycle documentation

  • Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word)

  • Experience with supply chain operations, logistics, and/or manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, business, management, or engineering

  • Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes

  • Knowledge and familiarity with supply chain operations in a military acquisition environment

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance to start

Physical Requirements:

  • Tasking is primarily computer based. 

  • The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. Zoom, TEAMS).


The projected compensation range for this position is $86,500.00-$144,300.00.
