Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead HCM implementation with Best Practices using out of the box features, in a consulting role with both Functional and Technical Expertise.

  • Implement & support Oracle HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations, and reports.

  • Lead Data Conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Lead Data Integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) between Legacy Applications to Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Lead and build outbound integrations using HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas

  • Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors.

  • Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth.

  • Develop OTBI or BI Publisher reports using Data Model SQLs

  • Develop Fast formulas as needed with data integrations

  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred field of study is Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.

  • 10+ Years of implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications

  • 5+ Years of Functional Configurations within HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Talent Management.

  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting role advising customers on best practices and help plan the future application modernization roadmap in a phased implementation roll out of Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Experience with HCM Configuration, Personalization and Approvals/Workflows.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

  • Experienced in implementing scalable, interoperable solutions using industry best practices.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate technical information in both technical and non-technical verbiage.

  • Any (one) of the Oracle Fusion HCM Certifications

Preferred Qualification:

  • 2+ Years of experience in building inbound and outbound data integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Tools: BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.

  • Hands on experience in developing fast formulas across HCM modules.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret level clearance.


The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500.00-$217,500.00.
