MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer to join our team at our Belcamp, MD Location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications, driving software development that meets real-world needs.
• Design algorithms and flowcharts to create innovative software programs and systems, contributing to technological advancement and problem-solving.
• Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements, ensuring software quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Test, deploy, troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software, driving continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects, facilitating knowledge sharing and efficient team workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5 years of position-relevant work experience.
• DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certification.
• Experience with C, C#, C++, SQL, or Java programming languages.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GIT tools for software development and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in DoD Systems development.
• DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level III certification.

Clearance Requirements:

• Required TS/SCI Eligible.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
