ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Site Lead IV to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing hands-on oversight and management for the technical and functional activities of the program.
• Ensuring all aspects of meeting the technical requirements of the contract are addressed.
• Collaborating with management and the customer to ensure the provision of business systems and operational technical support meets the needs of the customer and successfully achieves the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Establishing and deploying a common set of project management processes and templates.
• Managing people resources to ensure that the right staff are assigned to meet the requirements of the program.
• Focusing on developing and maintaining management succession plans to ensure continuity and the ability to handle future challenges.
• Placing emphasis on developing strong customer relations and actively seeks feedback.
• Supervising and mentoring subordinate project staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
   

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business field and 12 years of position-relevant work experience.
• Minimum seven (7) years in last ten years of hands-on experience leading and managing large complex cyber operations program.
• Experience with both Defensive and Offensive Cyberspace Operations.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with DoD Cyber components (e.g., USCYBERCOM, Service Cyber Components).
• Relevant Project Management industry standard certifications such CAPM, PMP.
• Experience briefing senior leadership on strategic matters.
• Experience with development of Cyber Tools and Capabilities.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
