Description & Requirements

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Site Lead IV to join our team in Fort Meade, MD!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Responsible for providing hands-on oversight and management for the technical and functional activities of the program.
  • Responsibility of ensuring that all aspects of meeting the technical requirements of the contract are addressed.
  • Working together with the management team and in collaboration with the Government customer, ensuring the provision of business systems and operational technical support to meet the needs of the customer and successfully achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Establishes and deploys a common set of project management processes and templates.
  • Facilitates improved project team communications by having common processes, deliverables, and terminologies that everyone can understand.
  • Proactively manages people resources to ensure that the right staff are assigned to meet the requirements of the program.
  • Focus on developing and maintaining management succession plans to ensure continuity and the ability to handle future challenges.
  • Places emphasis on developing strong customer relations and actively seeks feedback.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with the customer and staying attuned to their needs and concerns.
  • Responsible for supervising and mentoring subordinate project staff and Innovation Collaborative (IIC) Staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years of leading a team project
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline. 
  • Experience leading multiple simultaneous cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in an IT-related discipline. 
  • Relevant industry standard certifications PMP or Lean Six Sigma.

Clearance Requirements:  

  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$224,700.00.
