ManTech is seeking a Senior Signals Analyst SMEIII capable of employing a complex state-of-the-art analysis and processing suite of tools, to conduct search and discovery of new non-communication signals in support of threat systems exploitation and system development.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Employing a complex state-of-the-art analysis and processing suite of tools, to conduct search and discovery of new non-communication signals in support of systems exploitation and system development.
Identifying and characterizing functions and parametric data for new signals of emerging threats.
Developing capabilities, efficient techniques, and best practices to exploit associated data.
Correlating and reporting results as it pertains to scope and purpose of observed activities.
Frequent use and application of technical standards, geolocation principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and 10 or more years of relevant signals experience OR 15 years of experience and who have completed relevant military training: 451 (intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), Jl (Telemetry Interceptor/Analysis Course), IN2A (Air Force Intermediate ELINT Analyst), 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), or who have attended or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP).
Proficiency with bit-level tools such as DVT, DSL, VPCUT or XBIT
Familiar with locational tools utilizing National Assets
Requires thorough background and understanding of the signal environment and performing signal development (SIGDEV).
Must be able to function as a Technical Advisor and/or Mission Integrator and Trainer/Mentor for US DOD and Law Enforcements Agencies, and Military Components supporting the IC, capable of, articulating (both orally and in writing) analysis and assessments clearly and in relevant terms that support decision making and understanding for those that are non-experts.

Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment.
