ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Services Task Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD.  This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensures that the architecture and design of information systems (IS) are functional and secure. As necessary, designs and develops IA or IA enabled products, interface specifications, and approaches to secure the environment.

  • Computer Network Architect - Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.

  • Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning. May also design network and computer security measures. May research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software.

  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge.

  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.

  • Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related field.  Master’s degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in cyber forensics, incident response, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in program management .  Experience within DoD or other government agencies is highly desired.

  • Cyber/IT related certifications (e.g., CFCE, EnCE, ACE, SANS GIAC (GCFE, GCFA, GASF), CTA DOD certification, TCJA (Teel Tech)

  • Must maintain a DoD 8570/8410 IAT Level I/IOI

  • Strong understanding of cyber forensic principles, methodologies, and tools.  Experience with various operating systems, network protocols, and security technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead or manage a team of technical professionals. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience in working with Federal Government customers, specifically Department of Defense and Intelligence Community agencies.

  • BS/BA.  4 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable. AS/AA and 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable

  • IASAE III or MBSE or Modeling and Simulation certificate or Cloud Solutions Architect

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an Active TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $175,800.00-$312,200.00.
