Description & Requirements

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and team oriented ServiceNow Program Manager in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) DEFEND E Program. The CDM DEFEND E Program is a critical component of CISA’s national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace.

The ServiceNow Program Manager will lead a group the ServiceNow team and provide directions and strategies to growing the firm’s ServiceNow footprint managing large and complex ServiceNow implementation, product development and sales enablement. The ServiceNow Program Manager would overview all ServiceNow demands and projects within the ServiceNow area and is responsible to achieve specified objectives. This role involves customer management and the overall planning, coordination, and control of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that it is functionally and financially viable, completed on time, within the authorized cost, and to the required quality standards. The ServiceNow Program Manager would also coordinate with our ServiceNow Sales, Pre-Sales team and other ManTech stake holders. This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead sales and pre-sales work in ServiceNow, respond to client proposals, participate in orals and help growing ServiceNow business.
  • Designing and developing large solutions combining Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities for ManTech customers.
  • Lead ManTech team in all the ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops. The role will spread across blueprint, design, configuration, build and roll out phase.
  • Working closely with various stakeholders like business, process leads, and offshore team.
  • Propose and deliver projects as per the agreed objectives to ManTech customers and/or to internal ManTech stakeholders.
  • Build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization.
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff.
  • Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining, and training.
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all staff.
  • Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably with State and Local Government Experience
  • 5 years of proven ServiceNow experience as a Project Manager, ITIL User, or managing ServiceNow deployments.
  • Possesses an in-depth knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow Partner ecosystem, licensing model and platform management models. Proven knowledge and experience of both functional and technical aspects of a successful implementation
  • PMP/Prince2 or similar program/project management certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to self-manage.
  • Possesses the self-efficacy and confidence needed to fuel a personal tenacity in relentlessly following up with action items at all levels in the organization.
     

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the ITIL Framework Sound business acumen, and ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with employees at all levels of organizations.
  • Experience with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ServiceNow PPM experience
  • Ability to adhere to and report upon project budgets.
  • A background in software development life cycle and managing Agile development engagements
  • Experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting accurate, confidential information and data within tight deadlines is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with other project and program team members in a virtual setting.
  • Experience with DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM)
  • Experience analyzing information technology and system risk in complex environments and articulating results (verbal/reports) to all levels of management.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen (non-dual citizenship) and be willing and able to obtain DHS Suitability

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Repetitive motions.


The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500.00-$217,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
