ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Technology Strategist to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA.  This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Fort Belvoir, VA office with occasional travel to the Pentagon. Please note that work arrangements are subject to change based on government mandates and may transition to full-time in-office at the Pentagon. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to solve their most pressing challenges.

As a Senior Technology Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping innovative solutions and driving technological advancements within the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with the customer to identify new technologies to solve their toughest challenges.
  • Conducting stakeholder and gap analyses and identifying key needs.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to overcome resistance and barriers to adoption.
  • Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff, while also taking direction from more senior personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
  • Nine (9) years of IT experience.
  • Five (5) years of position-specific relevant experience.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of change management concepts and methodologies.
  • Master's degree in an IT-related discipline. 
  • Relevant industry-standard certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
     

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen with a current/active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.  
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
