ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Strategy & Policy Integrator to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Senior Strategy & Policy Integrator serves as a senior leader and expert, bridging the gap between cybersecurity and IT operational strategies and the complex world of government policies, regulations, and frameworks
They possess a deep understanding of both the operational realities and the cybersecurity policy landscape, enabling them to ensure that all activities are compliant and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives
They analyze and interpret a wide range of cybersecurity policies and regulations, translating them into clear operational procedures and guidelines
They play a key role in developing and refining cybersecurity and IT strategies, ensuring they are aligned with both organizational goals and government policy objectives
They serve as a vital link between the organization and government stakeholders, collaborating with policymakers and industry partners to ensure a unified approach to cybersecurity
They are responsible for communicating policy updates and changes to internal teams, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness and compliance
They also provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on policy interpretation and implementation, ensuring that the organization remains informed and compliant with evolving cybersecurity regulations
The Strategy/Policy Integrator III provides direction and mentorship to subordinate staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Public Policy, or a related field or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
9+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of position specific relevant experience.
Progressive experience in cybersecurity or IT operations, with a significant focus on policy analysis, integration, and compliance.
Demonstrated experience working in a government operational environment with a strong understanding of government cybersecurity policies and regulations (e.g., National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), and Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA), etc.).
Proven experience in interpreting and implementing cybersecurity policies and standards within operational settings. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and operational best practices
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Public Policy, or a related field.
Experience with government policy development processes and interagency coordination. Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
Experience with specific tools used within the government client's environment. Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or policy management (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), etc.).
Knowledge of specific government cybersecurity initiatives and programs. Ability to anticipate future policy trends and proactively adapt operational strategies.
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
