ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Engineer III to join our team at our Annapolis Junction, MD location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, engineer, analyze, and develop complex software systems, contributing directly to the advancement of technological solutions.
  • Design, analyze, and develop software delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software deployment.
  • Model and analyze software development and deployment processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Assist Federal agencies in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques, supporting streamlined and effective project execution.
  • Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations, contributing to a dynamic and responsive environment.
  • Provide expert supervision and mentorship to subordinate project and Team ManTech staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
  • 5 years of position-relevant work experience in software engineering.
  • DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certification.
  • Experience with C, C#, C++, SQL, or Java programming languages.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GIT for software development and collaboration.
  • 4 years of experience in DoD systems development.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have TS/SCI
     

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $105,800.00-$175,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, ManTech invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
