ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Salesforce Architect to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
The Senior Salesforce Architect leads the strategy and architecture development for large Enterprise IT application modernization opportunities requiring Agile Methodology knowledge, Cloud, and Data modernization expertise. Equally important, the Senior Salesforce Architect directly supports and advises the customer in their transformation journey and leads the internal ManTech development team(s).
Actively engage with customers, including leadership, end-users, and technical teams, to provide expert consulting services, facilitate requirements discussions, and translate them into technical specifications
Evaluate client requirements, use cases, and other inputs to create a solution roadmap to meet client needs
Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to the development team(s), aligning their efforts with project goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions
Apply expert knowledge of Salesforce product capabilities, including plug-ins, to advise on product selections and integrations
Applies expertise in declarative-type platform implementations, including minimizing customization and custom code
Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce as part of a transformational accession program, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with the client and other stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
Review solutions and recommend process integration, reporting, and data integration improvements
Advises on Cloud requirements and performance capabilities
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science with10+ years of relevant Salesforce and Agile software delivery experience
Must possess active Salesforce Certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Architect Level 1, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Developer Level 1 or 2 or similar
Proven extensive leadership experience guiding and advising development teams on large, enterprise-level transformation programs in an architect capacity
Must have ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce implementation experience with at least ten implementations
Salesforce experience with CRM use cases with preferences in HR case management and workflow type of business function
Experience running projects with Azure, Atlassian, or other CI/CD pipeline tools
Experience delivering programs using various project management styles but with recent experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience serving as a Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud, and Platform App builder
Preferred Qualifications
Solutioning experience at the enterprise level (Federal and/or Department of Defense)
Project Planning and Scheduling for Enterprise Systems experience
Air Force Systems Experience
Utilization of Salesforce as a Human Resources component
CSM or equivalent certification
SAFE/Agile certification
Have a Security+ certification or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with an active Secret clearance
