ManTech is currently seeking a Senior Proposal Analyst for the Strategic Pursuits Group who will execute all proposal-related policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards to support program objectives and requirements with a high level of understanding. They will evaluate and ensure compliance with these policies, practices, and standards, directing corrective actions as necessary.
By building on their knowledge of the company, processes, and customers, the Proposal Coordinator will address a range of simple to complex problems, offering analyses and potential solutions based on experience, judgment, and standard procedures. They will operate with a moderate level of guidance and direction in their daily activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Works with assigned Proposal Manager in all aspects of proposal planning and logistics to meet requirements and schedule
Coordinates Proposal Manager’s schedule of team meetings and color team reviews
Assists with the coordination of activities with other proposal support teams (Writers, Graphics, DTP, Editors, Production and SMEs)
Ensures version-control procedures for all proposal content using Teams and SharePoint
Maintains Teams and Box workspaces (includes adding accounts, account extensions, file permissions, etc.)
Reads and understands the RFP and all requirements
Escalates issues to the appropriate level of leadership
Assists with development of administrative proposal documents such as, proposal information sheets, contact lists, calendars, slide decks for kickoff, standups, and color teams.
Assists with high-level compliance and proposal reviews to ensure accurate, complete and consistent message across all proposal documents
Assists with proposal review recovery
Leads all production efforts for color reviews (printing, tabs, conference room setup, visitor access)
Leads final proposal production (printing, assembly, binders, CDs, packaging, delivery receipt, labels, etc.) and assists in final quality checks
Coordinates security forms for access to high-side proposal system with security and IT
Coordinates with security for quest visits and badging. Also ensures consultants and teammates are approved and briefed before receiving access to proprietary information.
Coordinates requests for loaner laptops and equipment setup for war rooms, consultant equipment and badges
Assists in developing and collecting questions on solicitations, and works with proposal teams to ensure timely submission
Assists with light formatting in preparation for color team reviews
Develops Acronym List and other proposal related items
Responsible for catering needs and expensing invoices
Ensures war rooms are properly stocked with supplies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proposal experience or additional equivalent experience in lieu of education
Experience specifically focused on Government proposals $100M+
The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Demonstrated proficiency in Google (Gmail, Calendar)
Experience with Adobe Acrobat to include converting to and from PDFs and document comparing.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work the hours necessary to accomplish the tasks assigned, which may include evenings or weekend support
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FEDSIM Proposals
Experience with Visible Thread
Experience with Box
Ability to showcase problem-solving, resilience and ability to manage fast-paced environments
Willing to learn new skillsets and assist team when needed.
Ability to work collaboratively with proposal team members, ManTech employees and outsourced consultants to produce quality proposals
Provides exceptional attention to detail to produce a quality proposal under tight deadlines
Excellent organization skills
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing and able to obtain a clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
Constantly operates a computer (including electronic productivity software and tools), mobile phone and other IT peripherals
