ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides directs support to Project Managers for assigned project plans, supporting the execution of derived goals and objectives to meet project requirements

• Support the effective development and execution of engineering, training, and lifecycle sustainment plans and activities

• Support team visibility for project timeframes, objectives, and effective team communications

• They collect, verify, and analyze data and information to support efficient project execution

• Track, forecast, and report on project progress, including metrics and identifying challenges

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business administration, project management, or a related field or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree

• 9+ years of relevant project analyst experience with 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience.

• Experience with project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., PMI, agile).

• Familiarity with project lifecycle phases and key deliverables.

• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and tracking tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze project data, identify trends, and resolve project issues.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in STEM, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience in risk management, issue tracking, project budgeting, and cost control. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner), business analysis certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)).

• Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
