ManTech is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Program Manager to manage a cyber program that includes a SOC, cyber intelligence, incident response, forensics and engineering supporting for cyber resilient infrastructure.  This role will be onsite at the client site in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for guidance and facilitation of contracted activities.

  • Plan and manage the work, and upholds values while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of cybersecurity and support teams.

  • Ensures that staffing plan and team competencies meet mission detection, response, and support requirements.

  • Assists with the planning and monitoring of supported projects.

  • Provides overall management of delivered services under the direction of the Government.

  • Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

  • Works closely with all teams to identify and document issues, create action items, organize and conduct meetings, and resolve issues.

  • Develops, updates, and manages various reports and measures for projects and programs.

  • Establishes and maintains overall project quality standards.

  • Manages and reports project schedule and performance.

  • Manages personnel staffing and other administrative functions to meet established performance objectives.

  • Responsible for managing the program’s financials to include budget, forecast, profitability and provides weekly reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of IT experience.

  • 5 + years of experience managing a large cyber and SOC program with at least 70 full time employees.

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams located in different geographic locations.  

  • Must possess an active PMP Certification.

  • Must understand Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.

  • Experience with using tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Crowdstrike, digital forensics and or incident response tools such as EnCase, FTK, Wireshark, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISM certification

  • CISSP certification

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Top Secret Security clearance

Travel

  • Required 25%


The projected compensation range for this position is $134,500.00-$209,200.00.
