MANTECH is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Senior Program Finance Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is fully remote. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
Explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
Analyze project data, determine potential risks and challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Analyze project problems and recommend resolutions.
Work in compliance with company rules and regulations.
Determine key performance indicators to improve project operational efficiency and project forecasts and accruals and monitor cash flow projections.
Maintain positive working relationships with management, project team and customers.
Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, six (6) years of experience will be accepted.
Strong conceptual and practical expertise in financial analysis
General knowledge of related functional areas and how finance integrates with them
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Proven ability to explain complex information and build consensus across teams
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
Knowledge of Government contract types, T&M, Cost Plus and Fixed Price.
Experience preparing customer deliverable (CDRLs), accruals, Cost Plus billing and Variance Analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
The projected compensation range for this position is $78,700.00-$131,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
