ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide engineering and operational support to multiple cloud instances, with data flows crossing various controlled interfaces, and will follow specific IT project management and engineering lifecycle processes.
• Play an integral role in the management and expansion of a classified Platform-as-a-Solution (PaaS) environment, including designing and implementing multiple new network connections into the environment.
• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco virtual appliances on cloud infrastructure. Including VPN tunneling, RADIUS user authentication, Clientless VPN configuration.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network components including but not limited to: DNS, firewalls, routing tables, access control lists, subnets, virtual instances.
• Develop Ansible playbooks and roles used to automate deployment and configuration management of Linux and Windows servers, Cisco virtual network appliances, and Cloud Service Provider services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math) or equivalent.
• 10 + years of related Network Engineering experience.
• IAT Level 2 Certification or above.
• Must maintain a Computing Environment certification for the applicable Operating System (i.e. Microsoft Server 2012 or Database SQL).
• Must work in high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
• Must be able to oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Computing Certification such as but not limited to; CCNA Cloud, MCSE Cloud Platform, Professional Cloud Network Engineer
• Active operating system certification, such as Microsoft, Linux, VMware, etc.
• Hands on experience with VLAN routing.
• Hands on experience with Brocade, Juniper, Palo Alto, and CISCO switch / networking experience.

Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizenship required and an active TS/SCI clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years

Physical Requirements:

• May be asked to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility.
