MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Master Scheduler to join our team working in Washington, D.C. This is an onsite position.
The employee in this position will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for an Integrated Combat System. This position will focus on integrating hardware and software milestones to ensure successful delivery of ship equipment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive, resourced, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the Integrated Combat System, incorporating integrated hardware and software milestones
Ensure the IMS accurately reflects all critical path activities and dependencies
Conduct regular meetings with diverse stakeholders and customers to gather, validate, and coordinate schedule inputs
Perform critical path analysis and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Navy and Industry partners to assess and refine processes for tracking commitments and aligning efforts across teams
Integrate the IMS with AEGIS and SSDS program office schedules
Prepare and coordinate inputs for status reports, briefings, and information inquiries
Provide quality technical leadership and produce schedule deliverables with a high degree of accuracy
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules with integrated product teams, supporting engineers and management staff
Master’s degree in a relevant field OR a lower degree with additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a graduate degree
Experience in project management, integrated logistics support, and database management
Experience in analyzing active IMS tasks, progress status, annotating risks and dependencies, and reporting concerns to leadership
Ability to identify milestones, durations, deadlines, and resources needed for IMS completion
Familiarity with developing individual project schedules for area of technical responsibility leads
Experience with schedule variance analysis and impact analysis to schedule changes
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $106,900.00-$177,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
