ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Management Specialist to join our vehicle sustainment team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services for a specific program.

  • Handles records and information management, mail distribution, travel planning, deployment operations, and other office support services.

  • Executes all functional duties independently.

  • Distribute finished reports to clients and monitors and responds to client questions for further information.

  • Stores, maintains, researches, and retrieves records maintained by the organization on paper and in electronic format.

  • Implement and maintain office systems, schedules, and calendars.

  • Handle incoming mail and other material, set up and maintaining file systems.

  • Collate information and maintain databases.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Selected candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.

    • Experience operating office equipment and managing office space.

    • Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s). 

    • Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents.

  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and document preparation.

  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision or guidance.

  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with military or commercial government contracts.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.

  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.

  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
