ManTech seeks a motivated and customer-focused Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This opportunity is part of a TIER 1 Identity and Access Management program, supporting cybersecurity operations in a dynamic environment. You will provide essential Tier 1 support for access and credentialing issues, ensuring seamless identity services and customer satisfaction.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting a team at a government site to process DEERS PII changes, CAC and token issuance, Retired Military ID services, PIN resets, and Helpdesk support
  • Providing Tier 1 support for Identity, Access, and Credentialing within a customer-facing service desk environment
  • Resolving ServiceNow and JIRA tickets involving access, credentials, and identity issues
  • Offering input on project deliverables and reports as needed
  • Maintaining flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an additional 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer support or service desk role
  • 5+ years of experience in IT customer service support environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve user issues
  • Foundational understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Experience handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cybersecurity-related roles or disciplines
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) work environments
  • Hands-on experience using ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow
  • General knowledge of Identity, Access, and Credentialing services
     

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
     

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
