MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Poland. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage the maintenance operations for assigned Technical Direction Letter organizations.

  • Provide maintenance support including operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance, and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to the component level.

  • Effectively apply industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.

  • Perform technical support for complex U.S. military ground systems.

  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, and multi-meters for maintenance tasks.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience. Must have M88 experience.

    • 1 year of college accepted in lieu of 1.5 years of experience.

  • Experience applying industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components.

  • Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.

  • Proficiency with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, and multi-meters.

  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and meet the government deployment physical requirements if needed.

  • Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed and a current and active passport with a minimum of one year of validity from the start date.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • H8 Wheeled Vehicle Recovery Specialist certified 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach

  • Must be able to work in high noise areas

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts

  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
