ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Sophia, Bulgaria.

The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned Technical Direction Letter organizations.

  • Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.

  • Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Selected candidates must be a US Citizen with a minimum of 12 years of experience.

  • Must have experience on HEMTT variants to include M1120A4 LHS, M984A4 Wrecker, and M983A4 LET; must be H8 Wheeled Vehicle Recovery Specialist certified

  • Experience applying industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components.

  • Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems; experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters

  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and meet the government deployment physical requirements if needed.

  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed and have a High School Diploma or GED.  

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach

  • Must be able to work in high noise areas

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts

  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
