ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Abuja, Nigeria. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned Technical Direction Letter organizations.

  • Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.

  • Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience.

  • Must have experience on Heavy Equipment Transporter M1070A1 Tractor and M1000 Trailer.

  • Must have experience on Husky Vehicle Mounted Mine Detector (VMMD)

  • Experience applying industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components.

  • Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.

  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters

  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.  

  • Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on non-tactical/commercial vehicle fleets and/or military shall be with light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Selected candidates must be a US Citizen.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach

  • Must be able to work in high noise areas

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts

  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
