ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plans, directs, coordinates, and manages the maintenance operations for assigned organizations.
Maintenance support which includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
Required Qualifications:
Selected candidates must be a US Citizen.
A minimum of 12 years of experience.
Qualified mechanical experience includes one or more of the following: tactical and commercial wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, power generators sets or construction equipment.
Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding.
Demonstrated experience in the application of industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.
Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to work in high noise areas.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
