MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Change Specialist to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leads enterprise change and provides strategic leadership and expert guidance for planning, assessing, authorizing, and overseeing the implementation of complex, enterprise-wide changes.

  • Responsible for the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the Change Management Program, adhering to ITIL-informed best practices and minimizing risk.

  • Leads the Change Advisory Board (CAB), overseeing high-risk change initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

  • Develops and refines strategic change policies, procedures, and tools, focusing on comprehensive risk assessment and data-driven optimization.

  • Serves as a key strategic liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, championing integration with other ITSM processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS diploma or 4 additional years of experience may be exchanged in lieu of a degree

  • 9+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of position relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT service management, with a significant focus on change management, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise-level changes.

  • Must have a strong understanding of ITIL 4 principles and advanced change management practices with extensive experience with enterprise-level change management tools and platforms is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and managing high-risk changes is critical.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in automating change management processes and integrating change management with DevOps or agile-informed methodologies is a significant advantage.

  • Experience in project management, particularly with methodologies like PMP.

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and advanced analytics for change performance monitoring.

  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
