ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior AI Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interview customers to understand and document their current state data analytical needs and how AI and ML solutions can solve those needs.
• Elicit requirements and develop technical designs and specifications for new AI/ML solutions.
• Install, configure, test, and document the use of AI/ML tools in use within the AI/ML environment.
• Use the tools in the AI/ML environment to design, develop, test, and deploy models and applications that solve data analytical needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years’ experience performing data engineering tasks, such as extract/transform/load (ETL), data cleansing, and data wrangling
• 5+ years’ experience with Python code development
• 5+ years’ experience installing, configuring, and using AI/ML tools, such as Flowise, NiFi, Jupyter Notebooks, and large language models
• Experience as a public sector consultant

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with US Air Force
• CompTIA Security+ certification

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship with a Secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel (10% or less).
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
