ManTech seeks a highly motivated and career-oriented Security Administrator to support the Security Division, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, (MCBQ) Virginia.

The primary purpose of this position is to advise the staff & senior security leadership on

Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP)

security as it relates to wargames. The appointment is a multifaceted position, with the incumbent serving in support of the Supervisory Government SAP/SCI Security Officers, providing concurrent security-related support services to numerous subordinate command organizations

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Advise on all aspects of SAP/SCI security (physical, cyber, information, personnel, risk management).   

• Analyze, coordinate, and recommend security proposals and revisions.   

• Ensure MCWL policies comply with DoD/DON/MC objectives.   

• Develop and implement security strategies for wargames.   

• Monitor and improve security programs.   

• Assist in developing command security policies and procedures.   

• Coordinate compliance inspections and corrective actions.   

• Monitor and maintain security standards for classified material.   

• Work with the ISSM on information systems security.   

• Manage the classification management program.   

• Develop and deliver security education and training

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years’ experience or an Associate’s Degree or 6 years or High School Diploma and 6 years

• Must be able to obtain DoD’s Security Professional Education Development (SPeD), Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), and Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) certifications within three years.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• Frequently communicate in-person with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations with a high level of accuracy
