ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Resource Manager III to join our team in Waldmohr, Germany. This is an onsite position. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.
*Important Note*: Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.
The Resource Manager III oversees recruitment, staffing needs, marketing, and trade show events to promote the project. The Resource Manager III supervises and mentors subordinate project and ACAS staff and subordinate Management Analysts. This position supports Program Management activities, TOR Tasks and SubTasks as indicated in support of ACAS execution as part of the PMO Deployments capability area and will support ACAS activities from the assigned work location of Waldmohr, Germany.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- They ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and company policies. They may provide guidance and support to corporate Recruiters. from the PMO Manager.
- They work closely with ACAS managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead event processes to include strategy, development, and implementation for specific areas of interest.
- Manage the Recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered.
- Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
- BA/BS degree (Permitted experience exchange: High School and 6 years of additional experience or associate's degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required bachelor's degree)
- 9+ years of work experience
- Five (5) years of position specific relevant experience.
- Experience preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents, implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules and calendars, handling incoming mail and other material, set up and maintaining file systems, collating information, and maintaining databases.
- Experience providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project or task
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems. Familiarity with ISO 9000.
- Experience auditing internal policies/procedures and recommending process improvement initiatives.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance is required prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and knee.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
