ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Research Analysts to join our team in the DMV area!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducts comprehensive research and analyzes data to support decision making and strategic planning.
Works closely with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Analytical skills and attention to detail contribute to the success of the organization's research initiatives.
Conducting in-depth research on various topics, including market trends, industry analysis, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies;
Gathering data from multiple sources, including databases, reports, websites, and primary research
Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques
Identifying key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings
Developing reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate research findings to stakeholders
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making processes
Staying updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging research methodologies
Assisting in the implementation of research projects, including survey development and data collection
Supporting the development and maintenance of research databases and knowledge repositories.

Basic Qualifications:
4 years of experience, 2 with years of analytical work
Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline; OR 4 years of experience; OR Associates Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelors degree.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
Proficiency in using statistical software and data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in conducting research using various sources, including databases, online platforms, and academic journals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of data collection and survey design.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
