ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Requirements Engineer II to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting coordination, scheduling, and participation in the requirements assessments.
Supporting the development of both informal and formal plans for requirements assessments.
Supporting effective use of visualization tools (such as Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) to create workflow diagrams consistent with process best practices.
Supporting requirements engineering; scheduling; reliability; development; and evaluation, maintainability, and analysis for training.
Supporting the creation of well-written documentation of the findings and/or proposals.
Supporting the analysis and allocation of requirements.
Supporting assessment efforts in conducting formal and informal evaluations and analysis.
Supporting analysis of assessment results and offers improvement and change recommendations.
Ensuring assessment results and recommendations can be incorporated into the requirements documentation.
Supporting Project Managers and providing application information needed to support systems development, maintenance, and fielding.
Contributing to developing plans and tasks to move applications from development to production in a virtual environment.
Taking direction from more senior personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in STEM field and four (4) years of position-relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of DoD Architecture Framework.
Experience with large-scale enterprise projects in a high-paced and diverse environment. Knowledge of requirements management.
Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
Experience with integrating requirements into projects using MBSE.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph. .
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
