ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quick Reaction Team Lead to join our team in Fort Bragg, NC.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for leading and managing a Quick Reaction Team (QRT) that provides an immediate response to system incidents and emergencies
Assess situations quickly, make sound decisions under pressure, and direct the team to effectively mitigate problems and protect personnel and assets
Develop and maintain QRT standard operating procedures (SOP) and training programs, and conduct regular drills and exercises to maintain team proficiency
Respond to incidents and emergencies as directed by the Program Manager or other designated authorities
Maintain accurate records of QRT activities and incidents, ensuring that all QRT equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
Collaborate with other Security and Response Teams to ensure a coordinated approach to incident management
Takes direction from the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations Lead and provides guidance and direction to subordinate Quick Reaction Force team members
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in a or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a bachelors
12+ years of relevant experience with 7+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
Deep understanding of the systems and assets being protected.
Expertise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP).
Experience in conducting drills and exercises to maintain team readiness.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and readiness procedures.
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
Experience in training and mentoring team members.
Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with specific technologies or systems relevant to the environment.
Experience with crisis communication and media relations.
Experience with specific software related to incident tracking and reporting. Experience in developing and implementing performance metrics.
Budget management and resource allocation. Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation.
Experience in conducting after-action reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Advanced certifications in incident command or emergency management. Professional certifications in leadership or management (e.g., PMP).
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
