ManTech is seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the St. Inigoes, MD area.
 

Responsibilities include but not are not limited to:

  • Collecting requirements from Government Project Leads (GPLs) or technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS)

  • Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule

  • Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project

  • Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel

  • Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders

  • Gathering and analyzing information from multiple Navy and Contractor entities to prepare reports, update schedules, manage risks, document and track action items, effectively solve problems, recommend improvements, and actively keep leadership informed of status

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent education and years of experience in lieu of degree

  • 3+ years of project scheduling experience, with 2+ years analyzing complex DoD (preferably Department of the Navy) systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Project or other related project products for developing a schedule, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress and critical path

  • Experienced in the Navy requirements process and/or familiarity with Program Office organizations and processes

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks across concurrent projects to meet deadlines across multiple projects

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline

  • 10+ years of experience in project scheduling and analysis

  • Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and active Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.


The projected compensation range for this position is $86,500.00-$144,300.00.
