ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is a full-time onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS)
Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule
Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BI
Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Power BI, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4+ years of experience with analyzing contactor bills of material and other material management related acquisition lifecycle documentation OR Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience with critical path method and networked schedule development, baseline, and status using milestones, tasks, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis
Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Experience interfacing with senior level clients
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering
Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI
Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes
Experience with technical program management support
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance to start
Physical Requirements:
Tasking is primarily computer based.
The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. Zoom, TEAMS)
Must be able to travel approximately four times per year in 1-week increments within the United States
Experience with technical program management support
