ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler and Earned Value Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at ManTech.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Translate complex technical inputs into actionable data to build and maintain Integrated Government Schedules (IGS)

  • Analyze and synthesize Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to inform strategic scheduling decisions

  • Deliver accurate schedule and cost analyses using MS Project, Excel, and OnePager Pro to support data-driven project decisions

  • Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior stakeholders using MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Lead cross-functional schedule meetings to align government and contractor efforts and ensure schedule integrity

  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including independent Estimates at Completion (EACs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)

  • Provide timely, actionable schedule and cost performance inputs to government reporting systems, including Interim Program Assessment Review System (IPARS), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), and Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering with 4+ years relevant experience; OR an Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of relevant experience

  • 4+ years of experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis

  • Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

  • Experience using earned value tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, business, management, or engineering

  • Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI

  • Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes

  • Experience with technical program management support, and interfacing with senior level clients

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance prior to starting this position

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $106,900.00-$177,900.00.
