ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Management Analyst to join our team in Tampa, FL. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in staffing, preparing complex technical documentation, conducting reviews, and delivering presentations

  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion

  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management

  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost

  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.  Requires in-depth knowledge and experience

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 9 years’ experience in program management

  • May have the following equivalencies:

    • High School + 13 yrs experience

    • Associates + 11 yrs experience

    • Master's + 7 yrs experience

    • PhD + 5 yrs experience

  • Ability to travel up to 25% to attend conferences as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Eight (8) years of experience in managing progressively complex programs and systems of technical nature, including experience with analysis and definition, detailed design, development and testing of newly developed technology systems/products.

  • Completion of Military Advanced Warfighting School (SAMS, MAWS, JAWS, SAAS, MCWAR)

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
