ManTech seeks a Program Control Manager to support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory Science & Technology Division located in Stafford, VA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing key project tasks and executing support tasks that include initiating, managing, and updating various schedules and data documents to record progress and the management of project controls within the Science & Technology division.
Collaboration with team members outside of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory in the development of scheduling, risk & risk management, operational procedures, and project information.
Providing support to the Expeditionary Medicine branch Project Officer with items such as progress reporting including schedule updates, forecasting completion dates, variance identification, and opportunities for improvement.
Development of annual baseline budget requests, and the management of proposal packages for the Expeditionary Medicine branch.
Providing resident medical and combat trauma care expertise in the planning and execution of concept experimentation to develop and evaluate tactics, techniques, procedures and technologies to support operational forces.
Identification of emerging medical technologies, to improve immediate personnel survivability, for evaluation in field experimentation.
Identification of emerging technologies to reduce the required logistics of medical services in the maneuver element to increase combat effectiveness, for evaluation in field experimentation.
Supporting field experimentation of expeditionary medical concepts and technologies. Lead on-site data collection teams at experimentation events. (CONUS and OCONUS multi-week travel required. Passport required.)
Overall report development, presentation development, and technical editing. (If possible, request a sample of a DRAFT report as well as a FINAL report.)
Coordination and long-term management of End User Evaluations (6 to 24 months) with fleet units.
Development of Data Collection and Analysis Plans from Limited Technical Assessments and Limited Objective Exercises
Maintaining inventory of technology acquired for Expeditionary Medicine Branch. Maintain coordination with MCWL G-4 for formal inventory management processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 9 or more years of relevant experience
Operational experience/background in one or more of the following areas (minimum 8 years):
Health Services Support experience in medical planning or logistics. Examples of previous positions/experience:
Nurse Practionner (NP)
Physician’s Assistant (PA)
Operational Medicine Provider
Corpsman/Medic
Search and Rescue Medical Technologist
Independent Duty Corpsman
Operational deployments (either shipboard or ground)
Expert technical writing skills, focused on reporting of technical events, overall report development, presentation development, and technical editing. (If possible, request a sample of a DRAFT report as well as a FINAL report.)
Ability to write data analysis and collection plans
Ability to write reports and white papers and presentations.
Skills with typical Microsoft Office tools for presentation, spreadsheets and word documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exercise planning, execution
Experience developing and delivering training on technology
USAF, USA, or USN Joint or COCOM assignments
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active DoD SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/ SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
