ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analyst to join our team onsite in Virginia Beach, VA. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Analyze technical and project work processes and workflows
Develop policy and plan, establish, coordinate, review, and administer technical programs
Communicate with team members and Government sponsors
Communicate well orally and in writing to present analytical findings, recommendations for decision support
Synthesize requirements to establish, maintain and continually improve data
integrity of the project tools and work with work lead to maintain project management documentation
Maintain the Task Plan, Sprint, and Schedules
Create staffing plans and identify project documentation requirements and procedures
Provide estimates on manpower needs and schedules and assist in tracking assigned work to meet milestones
Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of task completion in meeting established goals and objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience with project management including cost estimating, schedule development, report writing, technical writing, schedule tracking, project status updates and presentation development/delivery
Experience with technical writing; reports, proposals, memoranda, proceedings
Knowledge of MS Office productivity and technical data tools, including Teams, Excel, and Project
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
Prior Naval Experience
Knowledge of USN cybersecurity requirements and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Authority to Operate (ATO)
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
