ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Officer to join our team in Herndon VA.  This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The Program Security Officer is responsible for program, physical and personnel security support for multiple programs supporting an Intelligence Community partner.
 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide Security support and perform a variety of security-related tasks for Collateral and SCI Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) activities but not limited to:

  • Clearance nomination submissions, clearance maintenance, indoctrinations and education, customer badges

  • Monitoring Visitor Control, Access Control, and Document Control

  • Incident Tracking, Adverse Information Reporting, Foreign Travel and Contact Reporting

  • Maintains and tracks Accreditations and ATO’s, supports govt. inspections

  • Additional security tasks as required by Customer Security

  • Proposal Support, Govt. policy implementation

Minimum Experience:

• Experience performing a variety of security-related tasks for SCIF Activities

• 5 years of relevant security experience as an individual contributor

• Experience with DISS and Scattered Castles

Preferred Qualifications:

• FSO Certification

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI and ability to obtain a CI poly

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
