Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our
team in supporting a large U.S. Government program at Robins AFB, GA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Directly contribute to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance,
schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management,
requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.  
Ensure proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution
of the contract.  
Direct the practice of monitoring and controlling of project performance, to include metrics
reporting, trends analysis, and project reporting to Government customers, ManTech leadership,
and project/portfolio stakeholders
Serve as liaison between contractor personnel, Government customers and stakeholders,
subcontractors, third party contractor/technicians, and ManTech leadership
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, leadership, strong work
ethic, teamwork, and competent writing and oral communication skills
Utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on
the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical
documents.  
Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract 
Review and approve all earned value, Estimate To Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure
Report, or other financial reports as appropriate 
Review and allocate management reserve within contractual limits 
Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs 
Work with the higher-level program manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient
management of the contractor's effort 
Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource loaded schedule) to the
Government 
Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same
Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government PM
Ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff - both direct and indirect 
Oversee staffing management, including recruiting, hiring, training, retention, assignments, and
ensuring labor qualification and security clearance requirements are met
Ensure all billets are continually filled and vacancies are filled in a timely manner
Review all financial and technical reports before release to the Government 
Communicate issues and solutions to the Government PM in a timely and transparent manner 
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in
coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff  
Oversee and coordinate deliverables submissions to Government customer
Ensure quality products and services are delivered timely and accurately
 
Basic Qualifications: 
10 years professional experience in program/project management
Bachelor’s level degree in any technical or managerial discipline

Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation,
project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
Excellent communication skills and thought leadership
Strong presentation skills and excellent oral communication skills
Strong writing skills and the ability to distill knowledge and skills
Agility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Leadership in managing multiple projects that require collaboration with remote teams of SMEs
and Technical staff
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 Certification in Program
Management or Acquisition Logistics OR must be able to obtain a Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification or Federal Acquisition Certification Program/Project Managers
(FAC-P/PM) Entry Level within 1 year.
Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and
complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required. Shall be
knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801
policies.

Preferred Qualifications: 
10-15 years of related experience
Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense
Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence
Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 Certification in Program
Management or Acquisition Logistics or PMP certification, FAC-P/PM certification.
Knowledge of 638 SCMG organizations and practices
Knowledge of AFLCMC/WN SPOs at Robins AFB
Understanding of Common Avionics for USAF platforms
USAF Supply Chain experience

Security Clearance Requirements: 
DOD Secret

Physical Requirements: 
Sedentary work, speaking, standing, talking, walking, working with computers, working with
data, working with numbers and figures, ability to handle stress and work under pressure, ability to
use MS Office and a PC, analytical or critical thinking skills, leadership and listening skills,

Ability to travel to visit various physical customer locations
