MANTECH seeks a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC..

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a critical program supporting the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). You will direct a large, multidisciplinary team focused on developing and delivering advanced analytic and targeting solutions that enhance national security.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Directly manage a significant team of data scientists and analysts, operating within a large program and overseeing a substantial contract.
  • Manage the comprehensive processing, analysis, and synthesis of petabytes of diverse data, including operational, transactional, biographical, biometric, social, geospatial, and financial information, to inform and enhance decision-making.
  • Lead the development and delivery of sophisticated decision support models, analytic applications, and integrated systems designed to significantly augment ICE's enforcement activities.
  • Continuously enhance situational awareness and tactical decision-making for frontline officers and targeters through innovative intelligence and data exploitation techniques.
  • Oversee the rapid construction and deployment of data-driven, analytic targeting predictive models and applications specifically tailored for use by frontline ICE Agents.
  • and oversee the operations of delivery systems, ensuring the seamless provision of mission-essential analytics solutions to field operations users.
  • Employ strategic leadership in all aspects of operational management, ensuring that program initiatives are meticulously aligned with broader national security objectives and organizational goals.
  • Contribute directly to national security by optimizing the allocation of field resources in critical areas such as counterterrorism, narcotics interdiction, human trafficking prevention, trade violations, and tariff evasion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program management experience leading and managing large, multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale government contracts.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data synthesis, and the development of advanced decision support systems, particularly with petabyte-scale data sets.
  • 7+ years of generating comprehensive reports of all monthly invoices
  • Strong understanding of intelligence exploitation and data-driven approaches to enhancing situational awareness.
  • Present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.
  • Strategic leadership capabilities with a focus on aligning technical initiatives with organizational and national security objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting law enforcement, intelligence, or national security agencies is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and the rapid deployment of analytic applications
  • Active PMP Certification

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have active ICE BI
  • Must have Public Trust/Suitability with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,800.00-$270,400.00.
