ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager knowledgeable in cyberspace operations to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance.
  • Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, including both technical issues and business processes.
  • Make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitation issues.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 8 years of program management experience within the last ten years managing and controlling complex projects with the responsibility of managing multiple stakeholder projects across a geographically distributed workforce.
  • An active Project Management Institute (PMI)-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMI-Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • 7 seven years of current experience directly supporting projects that require working knowledge of cyberspace operations doctrines, issuances, and policies.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 8 years of current experience leading the implementation of programs or projects in one or more of the following task areas: Emerging Threats and Cyber Capabilities, Integrated Intelligence; Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO); Mission Systems, Networks, and End User Support; Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) Support
  • 6 years of experience (within the last seven years) identifying and implementing strategies and approaches that reduce the cyber workforce talent pipeline gap and increase hiring, retaining, and training across programs.
     

Security Clearance Requirement: 

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,800.00-$270,400.00.
