ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Linthicum, MD. This is an onsite position.
The Program Manager leads and oversees the planning, execution, and sustainment of all organizational activities. This critical role ensures the ability to effectively investigate and respond to cyber incidents, protect critical infrastructure, and maintain national security. The Program Manager will manage a highly technical team, develop, and implement forensic strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization’s mission and objectives.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage the full lifecycle of cyber forensic programs, from requirements gathering and budget planning to execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Develop procedures and oversee the collection, preservation, and analysis of digital evidence.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to cyber forensics management procedures to ensure the integrity, chain of custody, and admissibility of digital evidence.
Prepare and submit regular reports on program performance and activities.
Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and forensic techniques.
Provide expert guidance and support to incident response teams in the investigation and analysis of cyber security incidents.
Evaluate and recommend cyber forensic tools and technologies to enhance the DoD's capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, digital forensics, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in cyber forensics, incident response, or a related field
10+ years of demonstrated experience in program management.
Possess GCFA, GCFE, EnCE, CFE, or similar technical certifications. DoD 8570/8410 IAT Level I/II.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Experience within the DoD or other government agencies is highly desirable.
Experience with cloud forensics and mobile device forensics.
Experience with developing and delivering cyber forensic training programs.
Deep understanding of cyber forensic principles, methodologies, and tools.
Extensive experience with various operating systems, network protocols, and security technologies.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to digital evidence.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
