ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Control Analyst to join our team at Crane, IN. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies. Explains information to others in straightforward situations.
Major tasks include:
Develops plans including budgets
Acts as key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects
Resolves reporting and compliance issues
Prepares special reports and financial studies for management and alerts them to significant variances to plan
Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation
May provide work leadership for lower-level employees
Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data
Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills, Interpersonal and People Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 3(three) years of experience in Microsoft Office Excel
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 (two) years financial experience OR High School Diploma and 6 (six) years financial experience in leu of degree
Minimum 2 (two) years of DoD Analyst experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience to use corporate tools to run reports, track costs, report impacts
Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills, Interpersonal and People Skills
Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and ability to obtain active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer, fax machine.
